By purchasing from Mandi Made, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Information
Each item is handmade and may have slight variations — this is part of the charm of slowmade jewellery.
Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Prices are listed in AUD. Payment is accepted via Stripe and PayPal.
3. Shipping Processing time is 2–5 business days.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. See the Shipping page for full details.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If an item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
